Adding new file extensions

There are a couple of formats that I am interested in uploading and are not recognized by Coppermine.

Formats: exe, dnl ..

Is there a way to set permissions to allow Coppermine to upload these formats into a selected category?

You can't specify particular filetypes for particular categories.
