small problem for a newbie

i installed and got my coppermine album running very easily.

while testing it all out, i find i can log in and be in ADMIN mode and i can do everything i want to. but i log out of ADMIN mode and log in as User Mode and i cant Upload any pictures it gives the message below ......

Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures

I would be very pleased  if any one could give me a clue as to what i have done wrong thanks.

debug info is irrelevant in this case; the thing you describe is expected behaviour. As you're an admin, simply stay in admin mode when logged in as an admin (if user mode confuses you). You're meant to upload in admin mode only - exclamation mark...
Read the documentation for details...

cheers mate,   why didnt i think of that most elementary step, read the info  LOL.

thanks for that, i have now sorted it out, it was just a simple case of not giving the corretc permision for visitors/members etc.
