Category tables fill main table?

Hi there,

have been searching through this forum for an answer but so far no luck.  Anyone know what i have to edit to make all my tables expand to fill the full width of the main background table?

Heres my gallery so far but theres about 200 pixels on either side at the mo.  Any ideas?  Very sorry if this has already been answered elsewhere.
