I would like to keep seperate my Coppermine Photo Gallery & PHPBB Forum

But is it possible to use "users memberlist database" from my forum and set it for CPG 1.4.3 ?

so people wont need to register again for my CPG 1.4.3

Reason why I want to do this is because I need some time to create some things to match my forums theme perfectly, and till I finish it I wanted to do it like that (like I asked if its possible)

thanks, Ekac

that's what bridging is for, read http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#integrating

Thanks mate,

since I installed CPG 1.4.3 version on newly created database, just for it, didnt upload that much onto it, just few settings and some test files

so what do I do now, since my forum has its own database,

do I combine 2 of them together or install again my CPG on forums database ?

thanks, Ekac

It's up to you how much time/effort it would take to move the current coppermine installation to the forum database or to install it brand new and reupload and redo settings.
