I am going to delete and do a fresh install, this will make the third time. I dont understand how I could have an issue becuase the gallery is an optional install thru my cpanel, and fantastico. At anyrate I will do a fresh install. I will not mess with anything and I will leave the account I made for you to take a look available.

Ok fixed it, after looking at where it said safe mode I remembered reading about it, so i went backa nd looked... and found this:
