User Report Error hmm?
« on: January 21, 2006, 07:56:38 pm »

Hello I gotten this error from a user that uses my gallery. They told me that there file size is way below the upload range. My question is why can't this user upload if the other users can?

albums/userpics/10075/ is not writable by the script !

Make that folder writable by the script - you should be able to this using your FTP client.

I ran into the same problem, and just wanted to ask what happened. I got it fixed by following the links around the board (CHMOD the thing back to 777) but the question is - how did it get changed in the first place?

When I upgraded, I didn't touch the albums directory in any of my galleries. And before the upgrade I was able to upload pics, but this first time after the upload, no dice. I had to change it in all the galleries.

How did it get changed if no one went in there?  ???
