Album created using XP publisher but no photos in album

I don't have a problem uploading using http:// method but for some reason the XP Publish method doesn't work. When I use XP publish it doesn't give me any error messages. But it creates the album that doesn't have any photos inside the album.

I followed all the directions from http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble and I didn't get an error message

I've seen similar problem requests on the forum but not like what I have. I've seen that there is a XP publish bug with cpg 1.4.3 but I don't know if it's this problem.
