hi!
I've tryed to do what the document says.. but I can't see the images if I'm not logged...
In my gallery I've just posted one picture.. to test... and if I'm logged in I can see the picture.. if I'm logged out... I don't see any of the images and it says for example "1 category, 1album, 0 images"

when logged in as admin and iun admin mode, check the "album properties" button next to the thumbnail that represents the album. Check the view permissions.
