The previous file could not be placed. !problem!

When I try to upload an image I get this error.

!The previous file could not be placed.

You have successfully placed all the files.

extra info:- It happened when I was trying to upload an image and the PC was restarted- and now gices this error

I made the changes in "picmgmt.inc.php" file and now I get another error message.


"Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

File: /home/pict/public_html/pict/db_input.php - Line: 391 "

I've made some researches in the board but no luck in finding solution.

do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section I referd to - re-read it carefully!
