OMG, the test user account you posted had admin privileges. Never do that, an admin account could be used to ruin your entire website. I created another admin user named gaugau and used it to make the test user an ordinary registered user. It's safe to delete the gaugau-user.
You haven't set the groups page as needed for troubleshooting - I did this for you as well. In the future, read the docs more carefully to avoid a lot of work for supporters.
The actual error message you get when doing everything as suggested is

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127

, which means that you haven't specified the correct path to ImageMagick when setting up coppermine, or that you don't have ImageMagick at all. I tried switching to GD2, but you don't have GD neither. In other words: you don't have the minimum requirements to run coppermine. Either get GD or ImageMagick (only your webhost can install them for you, see FAQ), or you can't use coppermine at all.
Doing all this took me about 20 minutes, because your server is so slow. My guess is that you're self-hosted on a Mac. Self-hosting is not recommended at all.
