Well, ive created a Guest user wich is in the Guest group. I use this user for translation tests, so i had to provide the password. The problem is that someone changed the passowrd, and my testers were denied from having acess to the gallery. So i would like to prevent this user from changing the password!

don't use one account to allow several people to log in, it just doesn't make sense. Make your users register, or allow anonymous access.

out of the box, it's not possible - if you need it, you'll have to code it.
