Nice program very very nice but i have i one stupid problem when my default theme is kubkric and when you try to clik at the picture next

This is a Kubrik Theme ver.1.3 if somebody say me how i can repair it i will so happy

P.S And from where i can get a encoding Windows-1251 or cp-1251 and where i must put it
P.S2 And from where i can get/download this Theme "Kubrik" but for version 1.4.3
