theme/layout problem!!

ok, im having a major problem with a layout i created for my gallery, the css wont work and the layout appears at the bottom and the tables are at the top. its kind of hard to explain heres my problem    http://pussycatdolls.flirtatious.org/gallery

way too much detail level on your start page, reduce it!

i dont know what that means, how do i reduce it? im sorry, im really not great with coppermine the only thing i can do with it is upload pics, all i want is a better layout

In coppermine config (Album list view), change
Number of levels of categories to display: 1
Show first level album thumbnails in categories: no
