deleting files
« on: January 03, 2006, 06:10:03 pm »

hello,

I just upgraded to the newest stable version of coppermine, and I have a couple of questions.

* Do I need to delete the 'install.php' file again?

* Is there a way to delete or remove files from the coppermine database without actually deleting the actual uploaded file from my website drectory?

More to come, I'm sure.

Thank you.

Cheers

Carl

You don't ever need to delete the install.php, there is mechanism that will stop it being run more than once.

Use a tool like phpMyAdmin to remove entries from the cpg_pictures table.
