"...  You have dots in your cookie name. These are not legal characters for a cookie name and must be removed."

As far as I knew cookies were automtically set.   Is this an enduser problem or a code problem?  If it is an end user problem how do we correct this?  If it is a code problem, will there be an update for this or an auto-conversion hack availabale?

It's an option in config.

It comes set to a perfectly good default but users have a habit of changing to their domain name.
