I want to use coppermine but I want it totally stripped of bells and whistles so that all the viewer will see is a list of galleries with descriptions in a very clean layout. Viewers cant make an account or see any annotations. All I will be doing is creating a gallery giving it a description and upload the pictures. Clicking on a gallery will pull up a page of thumbs. Clicking on a thumb will popup the full size image in a seperate window with a close window button. This is for an adult site members area. I will login myself in by direct link from a shortcut on my desktop. Coppermine is already installed and db is setup

Well that's the tricky part, I have no idea what a freelancer on here expects, $50, $100, $200 ? I dont have much of a budget really and I have no clue as to how much work is involved with what I want.
