I've just upgraded from 1.3.4 to 1.4.3 and I have two questions about my templates now -

when i click a picture to view it, I get this error - "Template error
Failed to find block 'report_file_button'(#(<!-- BEGIN report_file_button -->)(.*?)(<!-- END report_file_button -->)#s) in :" ..... followed by html of viewing picture. Is this because I haven't updated my templates yet, or is it another error?

And on the Upgrading theme help pages, when it says "Create a new ID for the "#admin_menu_anim object" " etc., does this mean create a new code bit like all the others, eg ".thumb_title { font-weight : bold;  font-size: 80%;    padding: 2px; display : block; }"

And why do I need to validate my css files?
