Cannot 'Create New user' button after a succesful bridging with PHPbb2

Hello,  I have test environment where to try the integration between coppermine and phpbb2, I followed the steps and I got a succesful integration, but I cannot see the 'Create New User' in the Coppermine gallery window.

Coppermine version is 1.4.2
And Phpbb2 is version 2.0.18

Any advise on this will be appreciated,

Use phpbb for your user administration now.
