The enterprising Jonathan Richter has created a free PHP script that publishes XML for SlideShowPro from Coppermine, a very popular open source photo gallery application. Anyone currently using Coppermine can download the script and instantly publish XML for their SWF containing SlideShowPro. Or, if you have PHP/MySQL on your web server and could use a web-based administrative application for SlideShowPro (instead of editing XML by hand) this works for that as well. Installation instructions, FAQs, requirements and script download available here. Thanks Jonathan!

:)

This script isn't a plugin for 1.4 - it's a separate file that you execute.  It doesn't appear to respect any group/user settings.  All images are grabbed, regardless of album protected status.  Moving this thread to a more appropriate board.
