The activation link in the email is not working, when a new registered gets the email and should activate his/hers account.

You're not supposed to reply to the announcement thread with a support request. Don't make it hard on moderators having to clean up after you.

What do you have set for the gallery URL in Config? Could you post the actual activation link you get?

In the settings i have this url.
http://covers.stabilt.se/

And in the email i get this.
http://covers.stabilt.se/register.php?activate=6b50cbc43c63478e1a66cdc9968a5c65
But i just get page not found, when clicking on it.

You are using frames. http://covers.stabilt.se/ is the url of parent frame whereas the url for gallery is http://rarity.stabilt.se/gallery/

You will need to change the settings on config page to point it to http://rarity.stabilt.se/gallery/
