Problem with letters in Greek
« on: December 24, 2005, 07:18:23 pm »

www.kromnaioi.gr/PhotoGallery
I upgraded to 1.4.2. and the most words in Greek do not show correct! When I change the character code of my browser to Unicode (UTF-8) the most words shows correct, but some no. Also, the button of configuration does not exist!!! I looked the version comparison and shows the following problems. What must I do?

did you enable language fallback in coppermine's config. The greek language file that comes with the cpg1.4.2 package actually comes from cpg1.3.x, so some translations for stuff that is new in cpg1.4.x is of course missing - it should be replaced with the english words instead if you have language fallback enabled. For encoding issues, please browse the board, as this has been asked many times over already.

access your config by manually entering the file name admin.php in your browser's address bar then, or temporarily set your language to english by adding ?lang=english to the url.
