resetting permissions

i accidently reset the permissions on my coppermine back to factory default and now i can/,t log in- what do i do- and how do i reset my log in info?

Resetting to factory defaults shouldn't affect your log in information.
Looks like something else happened along the way.

If you can, use a tool like phpMyadmin, and take a look at the config table of your database.  Check to see if the entries for each item is readable and not just some long string of numbers and letters. Edit your email address to one that you can receive email with.  Then use the lost password function to get a new password.

if that doesnt work use the phpmyadmin to look edit the users table and change the admin password in their

this should then allow you back into your gallery

and if you're using Fantastico: don't! Get the original coppermine package from our site, Fantastico is buggy.
