you can only upload video files to your gallery that you own - if you can't download a video from some site, then you can't upload it to coppermine, simple as that. The files on the site you refer to are not yours, and the site owners appear to have disabled downloading deliberately. Don't try to steal content from another site, pretending it's yours.
