no, the people who own the pages you refer to have created a custom theme and didn't publish it for re-use. Take a look at the themes from the demo, get the one that comes closest to what you need and then modify it yourself to match the look you exactly want. All themes that we have access to can be browsed on the demo page. This means: if a theme isn't available on the demo, then we don't have it. There's little point in requesting the themes you mentioned here on our page. You could try to contact the site owners and ask them if you could have their themes, but I guess they spent a lot of time to make their site unique, and they wouldn't want others to just rip their design, so they probably won't let you have it.
