yes it sure does! :)
And it's got pretty neat features too! I especially like the support for movie files and bulk upload via zip file.
But 40 euros is a hefty price to pay though, considering coppermine has most of the features it has for free, and has more flexibility too (from what I know most commercial scripts cannot easily be customised)...
Also, from what I see, this seems to be a gallery for displaying your own pictures, not a community gallery, so users can't register to upload their own pictures, or have their own galleries.
Nevertheless, still a great script, and one more alternative choice. If I hadn't found coppermine, I might have gone ahead and bought it.  :)

I would advise caution before contacting this woman and accusing her of theft.  Looking at the HTML generated reveals some similarities, but a quick scan of the forums shows the package lacks some of the basic features in CPG, and it would seem strange to remove them and then promise users they will get them in a later version.  The HTML may have been modeled after any number of the primordial PHP photo galleries (as CPG is).  The underlying machinery may be very different. The admin demo reveals further differences and similarities as well.   Many of the necessary mods to CPG to do these things could not be done so easily, so I would think this is more a case of flattering imitation than outright theft.

In any case, there would be nothing to be done about it short of getting Greg to hire a lawyer, and someone would still have to buy the software package to look at the source in order to make a case.
