Memory Usage Issues

Hey all!

I'm having some issues with the memory usage of my gallery. Does anyone have any tips as to how i can lower the memory usage.

Please note: this is without upload. i haven't uploaded anything for weeks but the memory just sky-rocketed. is there anything i can do to lower it at all? if possible, please give all solutions so i can at least try them.
