No 'upload files' link on nav bar

I just re-installed cpg and used the phpbb bridge.  and when i log in there is no place to upload files.  i dont know what happened.  any help is appreciated thx.

Enable uploading on the groups page.

Okay if I were to use a bridge and I'm using phpBB2.17 as my forum, what bridge should i use?
