Automatically make pwidth & pheight a defined length

I don't want to do detect image size after uploading. I just want it to be set to 450 automatically.

this would be a silly idea. However, you're probably not refering to images, but embedded flash movies, which are an entirely different animal. You have requested the very same thing on the other thread you posted in: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=24569.0, so I'm considering this thread a double-post.
