dont have config.php

when i click to configuration, file not found, I really dont have this file neither in the cpg package

the file "config.php" has been renamed to "admin.php". You have to update your custom theme accordingly, or use one of the themes that come with the new package.

I updated the theme and Configuration is now nowhere?  :-\\

like I said: use a theme that comes with coppermine or update the link inside your custom theme: make it point to "admin.php" instead of "config.php". You can go to the config screen as well by entering the url manually, this would be something like http://yoursite.tld/your_coppermine_folder/admin.php
