no, for coppermine, "global moderator" is just another group name, it doesn't have particular privileges. Moderator capabilities for coppermine have been requested before, but they don't exist. However, there's a mod that will give upload approval permissions to selected user groups - search the board. Regular users (non-admins) can't create albums in public categories, and there currently is no known workaround. I strongly recommend not making users admins just for the sake to enable them to create albums, as this'd be a severe security hole.

And can you give me the link for version 1.4 please ??
I want the same thing.... but can't work arround with it.

I have coopermine brdiged with SMF1.0 and that one is bridged with Mambo4.5.
I justr want some moderators or adminsitrators on coppermine who are not adminstrators at the forum.

Damn, i've search everywhere for a clue ... but this mod will do the trick (i think)

[edit] I've found the mod, but this is not what i'm looking for.[/edit]
