Removing random and latest additions

How do I remove the areas that have the random photos and the latest additions? I would also like to remove the rest of the links that appear at the top of the regular page. I would like the photo gallery to look just like this one, which I created just with HTML asnd Photoshop. http://redcarpetcakes.com/photo_gallery/index.htm.

There are plenty of posts about removing and adding links.  Please try searching.

You'll have to make a custom theme.  Again, please try searching the board for custom themes.  If you want one, post your request on the freelancers board.
