Registering Accounts

I was just wondering, how people register their own accounts. Their is no where on the gallery to register, and when I try to go to /register.php, it tells me I cant. I can make users when on the administration account, but I want to make it so users can register their own account.

My gallery is located at http://www.habbzo.co.uk/gallery
Any help will be greatly appriciated.

Ok, I installed it using Fantastico on cPanel, but cant find where the User Settings are. Im new to Coppermine Galleries, so I dont know much about them yet.

A good way to find out all about Coppermine is to use the manual.
