short answer: no
long answer: depends on what terms you use. Usually we refer to the whole of coppermine pages on your site as a "gallery" that can be grouped into categories, subcategories, albums and finally pics. You can have an album as well as a sub-category inside a category; if this is your question, then the answer is: yes.
