Wont make them together so easier handling system for the Admin?

PM system would be nice in the next version of coppermine-gallery..

I don't know if there is a hack for 1.4 yet, but there's one for 1.3. Such a system added to the core would add bulk. I think it has been turned down before. With web applications, we have to be mindful of the size of the application.
