"Moving" pictures after having changed the host?

Sorry for being so annoying today ^^""""""

I've changed my host and well, guess what, I have to transfer the gallery, including all pictures, as well. Before I manually upload the loads of pics, I thought that anybody might know another, easier possibility in order to include them. And might there be problems if I transfer the database data without having the pictures uploaded yet?
