Problem bridging CPG 1.4.2 and Mambo 4.5.2.3
« on: November 26, 2005, 08:18:58 pm »

 Hi,

I installed the Mambo 4.5.2.3 in the root of a subdirectory of my domain ... www.louco1.charlesdias.net  and Coppermine 1.3 in a subdirectory at www.louco1.charlesdias.net/coppermine using the Fantastico of my CPanel. So I upgraded the Coppermine to 1.4.2. Either Mambo and Coppermine was running ok.

I used the Coppermien Bridge Wizart with the Mambo Server option like this:

Your bridge settings
Forum URL:    http://www.louco1.charlesdias.net
Relative path to your BBS's config file:    ../
Use post-based groups?:    1

But after the "Finish" I can't run Coppermine again ... if I try I get a "Fatal error :" in a blank screen.

What am I doing wrong ???

 Yours,

 Charles

enable debug_mode to see what query actually fails.

I've just installed again Mambo and CPG ... upgraded CPG to 1.4.2, enabled the debug and did the bridging procedure ... same error ... but now I have the debug info:

Fatal error :

While executing query "delete from `charlesd_mamb2`.mos_session where (time < 1133123965);" on 0

mySQL error: DELETE command denied to user: 'charlesd_copp2@localhost' for table 'mos_session'

Up is what the coppermine screen shows now at http://www.louco1.charlesdias.net/coppermine/index.php

The debug info is:

 Thanks, my friend. Problem solved.
I think this mambo bridge correction must be included in the right file in the CPG 1.4.2 package.

 Tks,
