Need to edit display
« on: November 24, 2005, 09:17:09 am »

I need to edit the displaying of pictures. Here's what...

1) Make it so users can upload thumbnails for flash movies (swf)
2) When you click on a picture to display, it opens displayimage.php in a javascript popup
3) I want to edit the displayimage.php

Can you point out where I would do these things? I know very little php so I may need more help once I start editting.

1) Currently not possible
2) There's a hack posted on the mods board that makes your pics open in a pop-up when users click on the thumbnail, use the search to find it. Another option would be to add target="_blank" to the code that refers to displayimage.php
3) Sure, no problem - go ahead. In case you question was meant to be "how do I change the looks of this page?", then the answer is "edit your theme, post details on what you want changed".
4) We have a "One question per thread" policy you agreed to respect when signing up. Do so in the future please.
