How clean are current phpBB Integrations?

Is there a clean integration where user data is either only hold within the phpBB user table
or the coppermine table(s) or is that always a quick and dirty integration where data is copied.

I saw a demo forum once but they had member profile pages twice...one for the phpbb and one for
coppermine...which would be a bit hard to maintain and not very nice.......

Cheers!

The user data is retained in the user table of the forum.

Coppermine can be integrated with the following bulletin boards (eg. Coppermine and your bulletin board will share the same user database).
