My sister has a picture website, www.lekkerzacht.com (Not suitable for work).

At the moment it is pink, but she wants to have it look like the following site: http://www.zwitsal.nl. Yellow/orange colors, with some baby pictures on it.

There is no need to create a whole new theme, I think that adjusting an already existing theme, for example mac_os_x is sufficient.
