Skin Documentation

Ok, this is not a support request, just a request for an addition to the new version of coppermine.

I am a new user, I have just started my own site and have the latest version of IPB.  I am patiently awaiting the arrival of the new version of coppermine so I can integrate it into my website.  I downloaded the 1.4 beta to start looking at matching the skin to that of my website.  The instructions to update your skin from a previous version are there, but as for making a completely new skin, I cant find that information anywhere.

Is this information available online, or is it not available at all?

Please don't clutter up our bugs thread with irrelevent questions. Modify an existing theme to get what you want.

How is requesting that your software be properly documented an "irrelevent questions"?
