« on: November 14, 2005, 10:27:07 am »

Hi, I was thinking of testing 1.4.1 and was wondering if I installed in into another directory but share the same database will 1.3.x still continue to function normally. I searched but I couldn't find this in the forum. Glenn

Since the 1.4 gallery will be in a different folder, the config will be different, so it can't share the 1.3 tables without some issues. However, the galleries can exist in the same database as long as they have different prefixes for their tables.
