coppermine is not being maintained by a company, but a bunch of individuals. We have no office nor business hours, after all we don't even know each other personally. We're non-profit and don't have any budget. Having a phone number would cost money and time, which we both don't have. ;D We don't have customers, as this would mean that we got paid. We only have users.
