Tricky one - but willing to pay $150

Ok - this is a tricky one and I'm not sure how do-able it is given cpg's structure but what I want is this:

When I create a new category I want a drop down menu that allows me to assign a theme to that category and all albums within it.  I want to be able to assign different themes to sub-categories aswell (and their respective albums).

 :o  It's a toughy - I know.  If $150 is not enough then please quote me.  The mod must be stable for 1.3x and with view to intergration into 1.4x when that is released as stable.

Anyone a big enough code wizard to tackle this? ;D

There's this one - http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=3138.0 but it doesn't do all you are asking. If you can PM me access to your site I can get all you want done for you this afternoon providing you are happy for me to post the mod on the mods board upon completion.

Yeah checked that but it doesn't do what I want without fiddling about with the code every time I make a new album.  Thanks anyway.
