How Can i add a little Status Bar ???

Hello Guys
I am looking for a code , to place it on my template file and show the status of User

When user is logout , This message show

Welcome guest , Oct 15, 2005

And when a user login

Dear {USER NAME} , Oct 15, 2005

And user name linked to the latest additations by that user

I want to put this message in my header , Not in a block ( like anycontent.php )

You actually posted this request twice, making two supporters look into this, wasting our time with this as well. I'll lock this thread, leaving the other one open. In the future, post in the proper board and do not double-post. >:(
