Album permissions

I know that this may seem an obvious question but I can't find it anywhere.
I cant seem to find anywhere to set the permission for which groups can access which album. There used to be an option on the album properties page but since I have upgraded I can find no such option.
any help?

For the record, you need to enable private albums in config for the visibility option to appear.
