How to Put my LOGO instead of Coppemines's?

Hi.
Was just trying to find out how i can put my logo insted of the "Coppermine Your Online Photo Album" logo/ where to plase the code?

Also, i tryed placing a code to have a logo in "Gallery name" section, but it just shows the words not a logo. I used the followin code:

<target="_blank"><img src="http://www.phasmidsincyberspace.com/!_PG.png" width="414" height="48" title="Your Title" border="0" /></a>

Would you happen to know how i would be able to put a logo insted where i curretly have the "Phasmidsinn Photo Gallery" under "Gallery name"?

your actual gallery is at http://www.phasmidsincyberspace.com/PictureGal/index.php (in case other supporters want to take a look). Edit template.html as I suggested before to add any logos, banners etc. Only plain html needed.
