How to add ad supported banners and ad-words

I went and pasted a code for ad supported banners on my gallery, but it made the login all wierd and the picture wasnt centered. I go into theme.php correct? and what line do I paste my ad-words banner stuff?

All help is appreciated thanks!

Paste it into your theme's template.html. Post a link if you have issues.
