I found
Winmerge invaluable for tasks like this, applying your mods to a upgrade. This should it for the weekly updates, :)  that's why we called it 1.2.1 instead of RC5 [/url]

I only saw  1.2RC2 where is 5 and how do I do these upgrades from 1.2.0 or is it even worth it ?
