Is there any way i can add a news page, that me, or any other admins have to do, is go to a "edit" page, and change it?

Is there any way i can add a news page, that me, or any other admins have to do, is go to a "edit" page, and change it?

Is this for a separate page with a link on the menu or is this a section in your default coppermine album list page like the anycontent file?
