Exif-Bugs
« on: September 27, 2005, 12:58:16 am »

I use cpg135 and there are 2 little bugs:

No Description for this value:
[EXIF]          0x8827 ISO Speed

e.g. I see:
: 100

I dont know, which field is used for comment, there are more possibilities like
[File]               - Comment
[EXIF]          0x9286 User Comment
I mean the line above IPTC title

Every field content starts with ASCII

It would be nice, if a few Exif/IPTC-fields would be customizeable, since there are a lot more than displayed here.

The exif display in cpg1.3.x has limitations - it can't be customized and doesn't contain all possible exif fields. However, this is not a bug, but a missing feature. This missing feature is being addressed in the (yet unsupported devel version) cpg1.4.x, which comes with an exif manager that allows the admin to specify what exif data should be displayed with the pics. Has been asked before, please search for details.
